My patriotic weekend started off at the Eaglewood Golf Course. We go there every year to celebrate and watch the fireworks!

Sunday night we had a campout in our backyard under the stars! It wasn't the best night of sleep I've had... fireworks were going off all night...

Monday morning we hiked Ensign Peak. It was the perfect day to hike-overcast, cool temp, sprinkles of rain. Mom, Jess, and I decided to take the long way home!

Throughout Monday we played games together as a family, watched music videos {click here to watch one of my favorites!}, had a delicious dinner, and watched Sense and Sensibility!

We didn't do fireworks this year, but with air fireworks being legal, we could just look our the window and get lots of our own mini firework show! I hope you had a good 4th of July!
