one reason (excuse maybe?) why i haven't posted lately...

Once upon a time (well actually multiple times) our computer was really annoying and slow and didn't like blogger so it wouldn't let me write posts. Our laptop decided to be like the computer and be slow. Luckily it still let me write posts, it was just annoying, so I didn't like using it. Sometimes though, i have to just bare with it and be patient, like I'm doing right now. The computer also decided to make my pictures go wacko that I was going to put on, and I didn't want to deal with it at the moment, so this post includes no pictures. As you can tell I'm frustrated. But in the spirit of Thanksgiving (yesterday), I really am grateful for technology. I guess I took for granted the fast Internet that actually took me to the right place when I clicked on something. At least I have a computer that works just fine for school assignments and for a little playing around. I can't really imagine living without a computer or other technology. Living in the olden days would've been so strange! I'm also grateful that we haven't lost everything on our computer. There have been problems, but none too drastic.
Luckily I'm fortunate to have better things in my life that are more important and last longer than computers. I'm very thankful for my amazing family and friends. I'm thankful that I live where I do and that I have the gospel in my life. I'm so thankful to have the things I do and that I can live everyday knowing that I'll get food and that I'm safe. I'm thankful for music and things that make me happy! Find something in your life today that can make you smile!

p.s. Happy Christmas season! It has officially started! Our house is all decked out with lights, tree, Christmas music and all! (the Christmas music may or may not have been on a month or so before Thanksgiving... *cough*)I'm getting super excited! If you want a good Pandora Christmas station, my favorites are the Michael Buble holiday radio, and the Paul Cardall radio! :)
